1. About Us

Welcome to Dorrigo Photographic Services. This year, we are excited to capture the magic of the holiday season with our family Christmas photo sessions, right here in the heart of Dorrigo. 2. Session Details

• Dates:

  • Friday evening 27th November > Sunday, 29th November 2025

• Timing: Sessions are 10 minutes each, including time for a meet & greet with Santa, available by pre-booking online.

• Location: Don Dorrigo Tennis Clubhouse, 23 Cedar Street, Dorrigo, next to the Dorrigo Preschool.

3. Group Size & Timing

For larger families, we recommend booking double or triple sessions in succession to ensure all children have a chance to meet Santa. Please consider this when booking in order to enhance your children's experience.

4. Accessibility Information

Our venue is not easily wheelchair accessible but it may be possible. We are happy to meet you onsite to assess suitability in terms of access, prior to your booking date. Outdoor photos with Santa in the park next to the Tennis Clubhouse (weather permitting) may also be possible. Please inquire for arrangements.

5. Image Delivery

You will receive the best image selected by Dorrigo Photographic Services for each session booked. Expect your digital & print packages to be available for pick-up 10 days after your session at 9 Cudgery Street, Dorrigo. Digital files will be emailed. We also offer quality frames and archival framing and wrapping. Check out our frame selection for unique and affordable gifts instore.

6. Booking Process

Booking is easy! Simply read the FAQs and Important Information, then visit the link below to secure your spot.

7. Cancellation Policy

The session booking fee and admin fee are non-refundable. This secures your time slot and helps cover our costs. You can gift your session to another family for this year, or use the booking fee towards a private family photographic session within 12 months of the 2025 Christmas Sessions.

 

Pets - Conditions

1. No dangerous or wild animals.

2. No animals over 50kg without approval.

3. Non-vaccinated dogs are at risk; we strongly advise against bringing puppies unless their vaccinations are up to date.

4. All animals must be on leash when entering and leaving the property.

5. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.

6. BYO waste disposal bag for cleaning up after your pet.

7. Waste must be taken with you and not placed in clubhouse bins.

8. Aggressive dogs must be muzzled at all times.

9. Animals exhibiting aggressive behavior will be asked to leave the property.

 

More about our cancellation Policy

Your session booking fee is non-refundable. This fee secures your time with us and covers the setup costs for the Christmas Photo Sessions in Dorrigo. A significant investment has been made to provide this experience, and while we hope to photograph many happy families, we may not (or only just) recover our expenses. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on the booking fee.

However, there are two exceptions where we can offer flexibility:

• You are welcome to gift or sell your session to a friend or family member to use in your place.

• You can choose to apply your booking fee towards a full family photo session with Dorrigo Photographic Services within 1 year (please note that this cannot be used for future Christmas sessions). The amount will be deducted from a full family session package price. Please note the booking fee can't be applied to Dorrigo mini family sessions.

If you'd like to attend your session at a different time, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that this is not guaranteed due to limited availability.

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What should we bring/wear?

Bring snacks and drinks for yourself and your children. Dress in comfortable, festive attire and consider layers for varying weather conditions.

Will we be getting photos with Santa?

Yes, Santa will be joining us for photos for the Santa Photo Session.

Do you have WWC Accreditation?

Yes, our team holds current "Working With Children" checks.

What happens if we are running late?

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience. If you're late, we'll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your session will not be affected or cancelled. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

What if my kids are unwilling to participate in the photo on the day?

We understand that children can be unpredictable. If your child is unwilling to participate, you can end the session early. We will do our best to make the experience enjoyable for them.

Can I share on social media?

Yes, feel free to share your photos on social media. Tag us @dorrigophoto. Respect the privacy of others in the photos by obtaining their permission before sharing.

What is the copyright on these images?

We retain copyright of the images. You may share them on personal social media profiles, but please do not use the images for commercial purposes without our prior consent.
